PRIMARY FUNCTION

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES & DUTIES
Create short term, mid-term, and long-term strategies that maximize capabilities and evolve the Talent Acquisition team.
Reinforce, embody, and inspire the manifestation of company values within the Talent Acquisition Team.
Continuously innovate approaches for to achieve optimal performance levels and/or provide greater value add to the stakeholders of the Talent Acquisition Team and the organization.
Ensure that all communication between members of the Talent Acquisition team, job applicants, and the Requisition Management Team are delivered accurately within acceptable time-based standards.
Own the Employee Referral Program and all related activities and projects.
Oversee and manage the performance of the Talent Acquisition team and propose performance-improving projects when needed.
Assist with creation of employment contracts and administration of employment contract signing, taking the helm when process owners are unavailable.
Own recruitment marketing and branding projects, conceptualizing and spearheading initiatives as well as conducting regular competitive checks.
Create, update, and improve all Recruitment-related policies and process documentation.
Assist the Global Recruitment Director with organizational projects.
Participate in sales calls alongside and/or on behalf of the Global Recruitment Director
Manage the entire Satellite Office Recruitment Team alongside the Head of Requisition Management in the absence of the Global Recruitment Director.
Perform ad hoc tasks for the continuous improvement of the Recruitment team and the company.
QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE
Minimum of 12 years' experience in end-to-end recruitment, at least 2 years of which in a managerial capacity
Exposure to and understanding of requisitions and talent markets across multiple industries - IT, Customer Service, Sales, Digital Marketing, Finance and Middle Office, Creatives, etc.
Extensive experience in creating, understanding, and implementing different types of recruitment-related reports
Must have an entrepreneurial mindset - accountable for recommendations and decisions, and a good understanding of commercial approaches
Strong preference towards documentation and experience in document management is required
Exposure to both corporate and third-party recruitment is a strong advantage
Degree qualified, preferably Psychology or Behavioral Sciences related, from a reputable College or University
