**Job Description**:
**Roles and Responsibility**:

- Experience in scheduling interviews, blocking calendars, managing hiring drives, preparing interviews, updating ATS
- Provides operational/coordination support in a high-volume environment to the corporate TA team in APAC, throughout the recruiting process.
- Maintains applicant tracking system to ensure data integrity and compliance.
- Conducts applicant tracking system audit and makes corrections in HRIS or applicant tracking system as appropriate.
- Manages employee referrals, supports HR on offer to onboarding process, internal trackers, TA initiatives as needed.
- Screens CVs and coordinates all internal and external job postings.
- Generates TA reports, and assures they are accurate and presentable for leadership.
- Responds to all internal or external recruiting-related inquiries with a sense of urgency and directs/escalates to the proper source for information and follows up as appropriate.
**Qualifications**:

- Strong knowledge of recruiting process, support and operational requirements
- 3 years of recruitment / HR coordination, administration, and/or operational experience
- Proficient with MS Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, etc, (including advanced knowledge of Excel AND an enterprise applicant tracking systems (ATS)
- Possesses excellent interpersonal skills, both written and verbal
- Proactive, take ownership of their work and can support team
- Energetic self-starter with the ability to perform in a fast-paced environment
- Strong work ethic and sense of urgency
- Sensitive information - ability to manage confidential information.
