What is your mission?
Recruitment Operations
Manage smooth flow of applicant traffic on day to day recruitment operational including but not limited to assisting candidates? initial stage of application up to job offer stage
Ensure all applicants receive swift attention and closure of requests to promote good applicant experience
Conduct initial screening by reviewing resumes, credentials and qualifications of applicants and recommend for behavioural interviews
Conduct behavioural interviews for agent candidates based on program?s hiring profile as needed
Administer generic and program specific assessments as needed
Support TA Specialists/Officers in daily recruitment operations
Reports Management
Maintain availability, accuracy, and timely delivery of daily/weekly/monthly productivity, reports and trackers
Maintains files in accordance with company and external auditor standards to include advertising documentation, applicant records and screening records
Onboarding
Conduct post-offer screenings including but not limited to background screening, regulatory hire requirements and medical screens
Maintain constant communication with candidates? compliance to pre-employment requirements, start date, etc
May assist with orientation functions as required
Performs other adhoc tasks
Job Requirements:
College Graduate with a Degree in Psychology, Human Resources or any related field
Fresh graduates may be considered for the post who worked on the same industry (BPO) performing the same function gained from internship
At least 6 months of relevant work experience
Good Verbal and written communication skills
Flexible and can work on shifting/rotating schedules as needed
A quiet space to work at and a stable internet connection of 10mbps upload/download speed is highly preferred
