The Talent Acquisition Associate for the Resource Team is tasked with addressing issues raised by freelancers both current and new hires, organizing, and scheduling orientations, and coordinating other resource-related functions such as training and development.
The work is often focused on helping to improve Freelancer's policies, processes, and practices and recommending changes to Resource Management.
- Assesses, recruits, onboards, off-boards, and develops freelancer pools (time-coders, translators, editors, voice talents, etc.
), and coordinates testing processes;
- Devise and conduct training programs through online training sessions, therefore refresher courses afterward would be necessary;
- Oversees freelancer evaluations and works towards improvement of quality and performance;
- Handles payment summary of evaluators
