As a Recruiter for Business Operations/Technology, you will be responsible for managing the full life cycle recruitment for assigned segments/lines of business across Willis Towers Watson.
This will include an effective partnerships with hiring managers and other stakeholders across the organization.
**The Role**
- Perform end-to-end sourcing and recruitment for junior to supervisory hiring
- Manage multiple requisitions across various lines of businesses in Business Operations/Technology
- Participate in inclusion and diversity recruiting events and activities
- Partner closely with recruiting, business and HR advisors to understand hiring needs
- Ensure an efficient and cost-effective recruitment processes of employment agencies
**The Requirements**
- With 3-5 years of relevant recruitment experience in either business operations or technology services
- Good client relationship skills; ability to develop strong relationships quickly and maximize resources effectively to achieve goals
- Experience assessing situations and effectively managing client expectations
- Exceptional communication and presentation skills
- Strong business acumen and ability to grasp new concepts quickly
- Proven success effectively working in a fast paced, high pressure environment
- Ability to work independently
- Strong organizational abilities and flexibility to work in a performance driven environment managing multiple deliverables
