Tableau Developers

Hiring Criteria:

? Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or Information
Technology.
? Minimum of 3 years of hands-on experience with Tableau.
? Familiarity with one or more of the following areas:
? BI Tools: Power BI, SQL Server SSIS, SSAS & SSRS, Oracle Data
Integrations/OWB, Microstrategy, Datastage, Teradata, Cognos, SAP
Bobj, Qlikview, Yellowfin, Jaspersoft.
? Data visualization.
? Relational Databases (Oracle, Microsoft SQL Server, MySQL).
? BI data architecture.
? Data warehouse design.
? Performance tuning and optimization.
? Designing data models, star schemas, snowflake schemas, and 1-3NF
data models.
? Logical and analytical skills.
? Ability to thrive in a fast-changing environment.
? Capacity to meet tight deadlines and prioritize tasks across multiple work
streams.
? Strong interpersonal and client-facing skills.
? Excellent oral and written communication and presentation abilities.
? Attention to detail.
? Fundamental knowledge of Agile Methodology, SDLC, Waterfall, or any Project
Management Methodology is a plus.
? Background in scoping, planning, and project management is a plus.
? Self-motivated and able to work independently.
? Willing to work onsite on a day shift under an initial 6-month contract, with the
possibility of extension.
? Willing to start work immediately.
Salary Range - P60, 000 to P80, 000 depending on experience
Work Location - client office in Pasay City
Work Schedule - day shift, Monday to Friday, remote work can be arranged for at least once a week
