T-Shirt Designer

Job Overview
Hello everybody,
i'm looking for a talented T-shirt graphics designer with experience in designing high quality and modern designs for POD bussines.
If you love to work creativly and you like to design Shirts or love remake easy clean graphics, you're the right person for this job.
What i'm looking for / Required skills :
longterm business relationship
Experience working with photoshop or illustrator or any other related software
Knowledge in trademark and copyright ( If not, than i will help you)
Good English communication (Reply within 1 day)
Unique Designs, made from your own and only using fonts/graphics/words/quotes/puns that are commercially usable (don't do Batman Shirts or just use existing designs or copying them)
work according to specifications AND implement your own ideas
be able to create 2-5 designs per day or 40-100 per month
Format: 4500x5400 px, 4500 x 4050 pc (300dpi), .png
What i'm offering:
Up to 10 $ per design! (depending on your talent and the quality of design, min 2 $ per design)
punctual payment upon delivery or weekly payment – both with an official invoice via Paypal
longterm business relationship
easy and fast communication via email or chat
