Assist Business Analyst in identification/ elicitation of requirements from stakeholdersAssist Business Analyst in translating business requirements to operational flowAssist Business Analyst in preparation of Business Requirements Document (BRD)Work closely with the development team (Business Analyst, Programmers, Quality Assurance Analyst, Internal client) to translate business requirements into system functionalities, remove defects and to ensure solutions are consistentPrepare Functional Specifications Documents (FSD)Conduct unit test and integration testFacilitate User Acceptance Test (UAT) and system deployment sign-off Prepare all related/ required documentations as stipulated in internal guidelines on system development (e.g. Operations Manual, Release Documents, etc.)Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science/ Information Systems/Information Technology4+ years of experience in system analysis and design for banking systems and productsWorking knowledge of the Software Development Life CycleWorking knowledge of Microsoft SQL Server, Visual Basic, Unified Modeling Language (UML)Working knowledge in MS Office applications Basic knowledge of programming specifically.
