InnovaThink-MakatiJob Responsibilities To provide IT Operation and Support for system infrastructure for the Global / Corporate organization including Business Unit, Regional and the branches, working with the local and regional IT Team (stakeholders) based on the tasks, service requests, incidents, and change requests based on approved policy and architectural guidelines.
Responsible for all infrastructure configuration management, update / maintain documentation, inventory and also regularly review of the network performance, capacity planning, and contribute the monthly report.
Responsible to maintain operation and support (day-to-day operation) for Cloud & On-Premise Infrastructure.
Perform monthly system infrastructure patching.
Perform regular check on the backup for various systems, including change the backup tape, send the backup tape to off site.
Perform administration of the Active Directory, Exchange Online, Sharepoint Online, SFTP, etc.
Perform administration for windows systems on various servers, including the Hyper-V, FileShare, IIS, Print Management.
Perform Privilege Activities Review for system and network infrastructure.
Facilitate or coordinate Security initiatives, including to support audit system infrastructure security scan, to follow up on audit finding to remediate / close the gap.
To involve in project or lead the project related system infrastructure On-Premise / Cloud, local and regional.
Participate in Disaster Recovery and Security related drills.
To support the Cyber Incident Response team when necessary to conduct Incident Response actions, root case analysis and implementation of correction/prevention action plan.
To develop and review configuration standards/baseline for platforms and technologies.
Require to stand by 24/7 and to be activated after the normal business day when needed.
Occasional traveling may be required to support other offices local and regional.
Qualifications and Required Skill
Process a degree in Computer Science/Engineering or equivalent.
Minimum 3 years of experience in systems engineering, operations and support of large-scale systems.
Experience to administer distributed systems operational health check and performance monitoring tools e.g. Solarwinds, Managed Engine, PRTG.
Experience in the backup / restore technology e.g. Symantec Backup Exec, Shadow Protect, etc.
Experience to administer the IT Audit tools for system infrastructure e.g. Netwrix.
Experience in administrating Office 365 Suite of Product (Exchange Online, SharePoint Online, etc.) and Azure AD.
Strong analytical, project management, communications and interpersonal skills.
Strong knowledge in utilizing cloud services and tools such as AWS or Microsoft Azure Cloud will be an advantage.
Systems and network skills is a plus (CCNP, MCSE).
Must be willing to work outside normal business hours as needed.
Preferably Singaporean / Permanent Resident.
