Duties and Responsibilities:
Architect, build and maintain Microsoft Azure services and environments
Administer our SharePoint Online, Microsoft Dynamics, Microsoft Azure and database (SQL) environments
Manage our Backup and DR systems in Azure
Professionally manage internal stakeholder relationships with performance reporting and continuous improvement recommendations
Manage stakeholders’ expectations, evaluate service levels and stakeholder satisfaction focusing on enabling our teams to achieve business outcomes
Leverage deep functional expertise to keep service utilisation in line with best practice
Document writing including functional requirements and systems documentation
Provide systems support
Product installation, configuration and training as required
Qualifications and Experience:
This is a very important function in the business. You’ll be responsible for making sure the teams can keep working each day, serving our customers and implementing solutions. Hopefully, you'll have the following skills and experience:
System Administration for local and cloud infrastructure
Understanding of SaaS architecture and support
SAAS and IAAS structure
Experience in building and maintaining Microsoft Azure including VM, database, AAD, applications, etc
Experience in administering SharePoint Online, Microsoft Dynamics, Microsoft Azure and database environments such as SQL
Experience managing data security and protection
Awesome sense of humour
Excellent verbal and written communication skills, strong interpersonal skills, ability to create quality documentation
Able to think logically and analytically in a problem-solving environment
Self-motivated and strong sense of accountability
Amazing general knowledge of technology
Must be willing to work in Clark, Pampanga

Microsoft Dynamics Administration experience/certification
Database Administration experience/certification
Azure Architecture experience/certification
Azure Development and/or DevOps experience
PowerShell scripting and automation i.e. for Office365 maintenance tasks
Able to make recommendations in line with best practices
Commercially-minded approach to systems architecture
Effective communication of technical information to non-technical audiences
Advanced experience with .Net / IIS / other Web App development
Senior Helpdesk, Support, Business Analysis or Project management experience
Experience with Sales and Marketing technology such as Marketo, Salesforce, etc.
Project/Program management/co-ordination involving scheduling of human and technical resources. E.g. IT Helpdesk.
Document Capture experience in products such as PSIcapture, ABBYY, Kofax, Readsoft or similar and / or
Document / Content Management experience in systems such as SharePoint, FileBound, Therefore, DocuShare, Laserfiche, M-Files, HP Trim or similar
Experience in MS Azure Architecture, Dynamics and SharePoint
Knowledge in SAAS and IAAS structure
