System Development Officer

Job Description:
Develop tactical and strategic business plans and implement them. Define approaches and constraints on vendor management strategies. Direct software applications development activities. Develop, install and maintain computer programs for business applications. Direct and coordinate design, development and execution of software operating systems. Plan, conduct and coordinate business programming applications activities. Develop programming standards and documentation requirements. Review system applications’ current status and suggest enhancements. Develop and execute web applications. Handle technical programming and database on organization’s website. Minimum Qualifications:
Candidate must possess at least Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science/Information Technology or equivalent. At least 1 Year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position. Required Skill(s): JavaScript, PHP, CSS, Jquery Preferably Staff (non-management & non-supervisor) specialized in IT/Computer - Network/System/Database Admin or equivalent. Have Knowledge about PHP Framework (CI, Laravel, YII, etc) Having experience with Financial Application Supporting System Preferebly person whose having experience with IT Project, based on System Development Strong analytical and planning skills; Good communication and presentation skills; Excellent problem-solving skills;
