Switchgear Operator (Bulacan)

Position: Switchgear Operator
Location: Brgy.
Tuktukan, Guiguinto Bulacan
*Willing to start ASAP.
Salary: to be discussed during the interview

Main Duties:
· Operating Electrical Switchgear and Power Distribution – Control and monitor switchgear, circuit breakers,
transformers, and distribution panels.
Ensure continuous and stable power supply to machineries.
· Electrical System Monitoring and Reporting – Identify and respond to electrical faults, short circuits, and voltage
fluctuations that could impact production.
Coordinate with maintenance teams to troubleshoot and resolve power-
related issues.
· Ensuring Safety and Compliance – Follow all electrical safety standards, including procedures when servicing
electrical equipment.
Qualifications:
*Education
· High school diploma or equivalent (minimum requirement)
· Associate degree or vocational training in electrical engineering, power systems, or a related field (preferred)
*Skills and Knowledge
· Solid working experience of at least 1 year, including operating turret, bender, and busbar machineries.
· Familiarity with operating circuit breakers, transformers, relays, control panels and understanding of electrical
distribution systems, including medium- and high-voltage type.
· Ability to operate and maintain switchgear machinery.
· Attention to detail and problem-solving ability.
· Ability to work in a team and communicate effectively.
