Surgical Coordinator

Present and discuss surgery quotation to patients.
Responsible for ensuring patient safety by communicating to them their preparation needs before the surgery as well as satisfy every clinical need by conducting preoperative evaluation, documentation and scheduling.
Responsible for ensuring patients are accurately informed about charges for surgeries.
Follow up patients recommended for surgery for scheduling or re-scheduling as needed.
Ensures that all concerned departments are informed of surgery schedules and quoted amount prior to the surgery.
Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's/College Degree in Business Administration, Management, Mass Communications, Nursing, Medical Science or equivalent.
At least one year experience in sales, customer service work or administrative work, preferably in a health care setting.
Candidate amust posses good negotiation skills and attention to details.
