The job entails you to remotely connect to a customer's computer and root/jailbreak their smart device. You will mainly be talking to customers via chat. Candidate must be:1. Proficient with spoken and written English2. Must have a typing speed of 40 WPM3. Familiar with troubleshooting computer drivers4. Familiar with iOS Jailbreak and Android Rooting5.
