Support Analyst - Sql Server 2005/2008 /2010/2012/Plsql

QUALIFICATIONS:
* Graduate of bachelors Degree course
* 4 years in purely Application Support functions (SQL Server 2005/ SQL 2008 / SQL 2010 / SQL 2012, PL-SQL) and any Database
* Must have exposure in Retail, POS or ERP
* Purely Remote Setup
* Dayshift (9am to 6pm)
* Can start ASAP

Job Description:
* Functional knowledge : Retail/ POS / ERP Knowledge.
* Expert in Solutioning, Issue analysis
* Internet Savvy
* Strong Database Understanding
* Handling various activities of the project like information gathering, analyzing the information gathered, documenting the functional or business requirements.
* To make the Test plan for the testing team.
* To do the User acceptance testing in the final project.
* Adept at Retail Processes
