Supply Chain Planning Manager

Planning Manager Purpose of the Job:>Oversees all supply chain planning activities, S&OP, DSCP and production planning.
>Leads and provides direction to Planning team,
>Leads, advises and makes decisions on : supply chain planning operations, planning & execution, customer interaction, systems / data management & reporting.
Key Responsibilities:>Ensures supply chain capabilities continuously evolve to meet business priorities, deliver on cost targets and ensures service level and delivery performance expectations are met.
>Manages inventory and align with worldwide target.
>Closely monitors inventory levels for fulfillment of customer orders and minimizing production disturbances.
When applicable - Coordinate and manage scheduling, supply planning, and inventory control activities across plants within the region.
>Updates and maintains KPI’s for inventory, service, capacity utilization, and production schedule fullfillment.
>Improves supply chain performance based on KPIs.
>Prepares reports for all planning activity metrics and analyzes all results to recommend required improvements in performance.
>Identifies process improvement projects.
>Performs other duties as assigned.
