Job Description Summary:
We are seeking a motivated, Supply Chain Planner to provide support to our SCM group. Supply Chain Management Planners are responsible for the identification, containment, and resolution of process breakdowns causing delivery lateness. Your focus will be working with different teams around the company to provide our customer with “Best in Class” delivery performance. As a part of SCM’s Operations Organization, you will be the first line of defense working directly with operations provide fast, flexible, and predictable performance.

Job Description:
Root cause analysis: Deep dive analysis of delivery/manufacturing performance; Identification of “areas of concern”
Analytics/Reporting: Analyze and identify potential delivery risk and operational performance and provide weekly highlights
Process/system improvement: Identify process/system gaps through A3 and drive improvement and permanent fix
Presentation: Present findings and recommendations to different levels of management
Project Management: Lead cross-functional teams to resolve known issues with goal of improved performance
Ownership: Take responsibility for defined role rather than allowing others to dictate outcomeRequirements:
Four-year bachelor’s degree in industrial/production engineering, supply chain, business, engineering or a related discipline, along with industry certification or equivalent work experience
At least 4 years experience in semiconductor supply chain or factory planning role
Knows how to motivate cross functional team towards a common goal
Excellent written and verbal communication, detail-oriented, analytical and willing to work in a fast-paced environment to quickly analyze situations and make informed decisions
Knowledge of SAP R/3 and Oracle SQL is an advantage
