Details of the offer

Responsible to oversee Cards Inventory Management
Ensure that Inventory of Sims, Cards and Collaterals are healthy
Ensures SLAs are being met in delivering the cards
Responsible for staff scheduling and ensure that back-ups are in place.
Leads correspondences related to consumer Delivery and Inventory
Responsible in replenishment of Supplies, ( Cards, sims and Collaterals )
Leads team and staff performances through regular coaching sessions with associates (organic and inorganic staff)
Handle escalations related to Inventory and Delivery requests.
Preferably with experience with Inventory Management
GWAM (GROSS WORDS A MINUTE) should be standard
