Responsibilities
Maintain business system by following predefined process to ensure accuracy of information related to Parts & Suppliers.
Work with Line of Business counterparts in updating business systems and seek approval prior to submission.
Understand business systems as they affect data, reports and process.
Process Engineering Change Notices (ECN) and New Part Requests (NPR), conducts sourcing approval/routing and supplier outreach
Support new part set-up and maintenance by updating information related to pricing, lead-time, and minimum order quantity changes in the business system
Gather, scrub and manipulate supplier data to generate Supplier related reports and analysis.
Extract part drawings and specifications.
Clean-up/scrub of Bill of Materials (BOM). Validate, review and compare BOMs as applicable.
Support the implementation of Vertiv's key supply chain KPI's / reports and initiatives.

Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Business or related discipline
0-1 year of relevant experience in Manufacturing or Supply Chain Specific
Basic MS Excel knowledge
Basic MS PowerPoint knowledge
Basic understanding of the Supply Chain related fields
Good verbal and written communication
