Supervisor For Virtual Accounts

Job Description:
The Supervisor is responsible for monitoring and ensuring the smooth production flow of the department. Will assist the Manager in attaining the department goals and targets. Responsible in assisting the Manager in manpower scheduling , performance evaluation, discipline, etc.
Minimum Qualifications:
Graduate of Nursing, Medical Technology, Physical Therapy or any Medical Allied course At least 1 year work experience as Team Lead / Supervisor in a BPO / KPO / Call Center Preferably with experience in Virtual Assistant work Well-versed in MS Office particularly Word and Excel Excellent oral and written communication skills Can function independently and work closely with the VA Management Team Resourceful, creative, responsible, organized and highly motivated People-oriented, exhibits professionalism and can be a role model for the staff Can work under pressure; willing to work night shifts and extended hours when necessary Eager and determined to learn and perform the duties of the position
