Must be able to conduct audits, trainings, floor support and supervise shifts (if required)

Should be able to handle multiple LOB’s
Should be able to train new hires and take ongoing / refresher batches
Should be able to handle & achieve the departmental requirements
Have knowledge of different policies and procedures

The candidate should have excellent problem solving capabilities and lateral thinking skills
Good Knowledge of Audit and Evaluation function
Eye for detail and aggressive in plan execution/implementation
Candidate should be ready to work in a 24*7 environment
Ability to handle pressure and a natural go getter
Excellent grasp of the quality and process metrics
Good knowledge of MS Office (Word and Excel)
