**Job description**
- Creatively and accurately translate scripts to storyboards.
- Supplying necessary references for the images, illustrations, and animations to ensure accuracy of the visuals.
- Provide clear animation instructions in the storyboard to be followed by the video production and post-production team.
- Follow guidelines and instructions set by the content, creatives team, and other stakeholders.
- Coordinate with academic, production, or creative officers to ensure the feasibility of complex animations while creating the storyboards.
- Communicate with the immediate supervisor regarding task progress.
**Skills and Qualifications**
- Bachelor's degree on Broadcasting, Education, Visual Communication, Multimedia Arts, Animation or equivalent
- 1+ years of relevant instructional design and storyboarding portfolio and experience.
- A teaching background is an advantage.
- Excellent knowledge of learning theories and instructional design principles.
- Has working knowledge of visual design, video production and motion graphics.
- Knowing how to draw is a plus but not required.
- Able to understand academic concepts and translate it visually for the target audience to effectively learn and be engaged.
- Basic knowledge in Photoshop, Illustrator or similar software.
Good planning, organization, communication and time-management skills.
- Open to feedback but also able to justify creative decisions when needed.
- Can work remotely with a team while also being able to work independently with mínimal supervision.
