Coordinates regularly with the Store Manager for any changes/improvements in the store.
Checks schedules of rank and file employees to maximize their utilization coordinated with the other store officers
Responsible for the supervision of the performance of all rank and file positions directly reporting to them
Responsible for associate development, merchandising, inventory control, safety and loss prevention in order to promote sales and meet profit goals.
Ensure delivery of store KPI's - Sales, EBIT, Customer Service and Store Visuals.
Mediate as necessary when there are customer's complaints or concern that need immediate solutions.
Ensures the highest level of customer service at all times
Conducts PEP talks and meeting to subordinates
Coordinates with other departments of the company to provide necessary reports
Minimum of 1 year in hardware/furniture/appliance/trading/depot supervision is preferred

Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's/College Degree , Economics, Finance/Accountancy/Banking, Business Studies/Administration/Management, Marketing, Commerce or equivalent.
At least 3 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
Must have a background in the retail industry
Must be analytic, good communication skills and team player
