Description
- Ensures all store operation processes under him/her shift run effectively and efficiently base on standard operating procedure.
- Ensure that all store personnel under him/her are well rounded in the performance of their job.
- Handles store personnel and ensure proper grooming, greetings, and performance of tasks
- Review and document damages and ensure appropriate disposal process
- In-charge of the total security and cleanliness of the store for the welfare of the customers and employees in general
**Qualifications**:
- At least College Level
- With at least 1 year leadership role experience in any retail business
- Willing to be assigned in Puremart Chrysanthemum (San Pedro, Laguna)
