Store Supervisor (Department Store)

Duties & Responsibilities:

1. Customer service management

2. Category building:

a. Accountable for category sales achievement
b. Ensure 100% customer service level
c. Ensures that WalterMart standards are implemented
d. Timely and accurate execution of all promotion
e. Ensures that shelf tags are updated
3. Ensures 100% inventory accuracy

4.Supervise and monitor performance of sales support staff and merchandisers in the category.

Qualifications and Experience:

Bachelor's degree with business emphasis, Sales / Marketing / Administration.
With at least 2 years relevant work experience in supervising retail store operations from retail and food establishments.
