Store Supervisor

Job Roles and Responsibilities - Oversees the serving & seating area
- Supervises crew in line with operating policies
- Sets high standards on crew behavior on duty
- Prepares and organizes manpower roster
- Conducts regular staff meeting to ensure correct interpretation of -policies, get feedback from staff and evaluate performance of store
- Identifies problems and opportunities and executes solutions and corrective actions
- Monitor and ensure compliance with sanitation safety rules and regulations
- Helps in promoting the store
- Arrange for store maintenance

Job Requirements:
- 3 years previous experience as a Store Supervisor
- College Diploma in related courses
- Experience in the Milk Tea industry is a plus
- Knowledgeable in restaurant operations (front of the house & back of the house)
