Ensures growth and sustainability of the business through diligent and committed management, initiating strategic company plans and programs and conducting local store marketing promosAssures consistent delivery of excellent customer service by the store team and addressed customer concerns promptlyOversees and manages personnel performance, creating a harmonious working enviroment for all and ensuring that regular objective performance appraisal is submitte on time.Analyzes and reviews daily store performance through submitted reports which includes, but not limited to, Sales Reports, Production Reports, Inventories, etcEnsures the branch performance meets standard operational parametersImplements GMP and Mang Tinapay quality standards and consistenly maintain cleanliness and sanitation of the entire store (esp. Production Area, Equipments, Utensils, etc) Candidate must possess at least Bachelor's Degree in Business Studies/Administration/Management, Commerce, Hospitality/Tourism/Hotel Management or equivalentAt least 1 Year(s) of working experience as a Store Supervisor or Manager at a bakery, fastfood, restaurant or any food-related establishment Required Skill(s): Excellent Customer Service, PLOC, Marketing, GMP, HACCP, Microsoft Office, Business Intelligence, Interpersonal SkillsRequired language(s): Filipino, English, Cebuano
