Store Supervisor

JOB QUALIFICATIONS
- Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's/College Degree or sufficient professional experience in the related field is required for the position.
- At least 1 year of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
- Applicants must be willing to relocate
- Can start as soon as possible
DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
- Directly manage the store from all aspects of management
- Represent the store in the sales meeting and business planning.
- Analyze the products and services to look for possible effective strategies that could help the store in reaching their set quota.
- Coordinate with the store staff to ensure sufficient inventory and to achieve target sales.
- Effectively communicate with the staff, other departments, building administration, etc.
- Maintain effective customer service and compliance with company standards.
- Encourage store staff to interact with customers, to build their personality and confidence and to develop strong customer service skills.
- Perform other tasks that may be assigned from time to time.
