Store Supervisor

Representing the store at all required meetings and events.
Participating in community initiatives that add value to MVI’s brand.
Managing inventory levels to ensure sufficient stocks at all times
Other duties and responsibilities that may be assigned by the company leadership team.

Management Tasks:Sourcing and selecting qualified retail sales associates in the areas of the store.
Training of sales associates for retail store policies and procedures.
Plan employee assignment schedules that will optimize store performance.
Approve timekeeping reports for payroll.
Supervising and evaluating work performance of direct subordinates.
Ensure adherence of employees to store processes and procedures and implement disciplinary action for violations in company policies and procedures.
Accountable for Employee Development by providing mentorship as needed to empower staff to become organized, collaborative, provide better customer service and sales driven.
Manage and oversee store merchandising and the overall look and feel of the store to meet defined standards by management.
Escalate to leadership team any concerns on employees and customer Experience.
