Qualifications:
- Previous experience of working in leadership role with at least 2 years of record, graduate of any 4 years related course
- Good leadership, prioritization, communications, motivation, interpersonal skills
- Organized, self-motivated, proactive, and able to handle grace under pressure
- Good command of spoken English and Tagalog
- Experience of working to budgets
- Manage stocks preparation, forecasting and ordering
- Monitor SOPs on HT, hygiene, Health and Safety and ensure the team follows accordingly
- Operate the Kitchen within budgetary targets
- Train and instruct kitchen staff in cooking, food preparation, food handling techniques and use of the kitchen equipment
- Demonstrate understanding of Business practices and the profitability impact on the restaurant
- Support the Front of House (FOH) to provide great service with great communication and providing them with operational support

Pay: Php18,000.00 - Php20,000.00 per month
