Store Officer (Unimart Capitol Commons)

Complete store operational requirements by scheduling and assignning employees, following up on work results
Ensure standards for quality, customer service and health and safety are met
Multi-task and be flexible enough to perform other functions inside the store such as cahiering, displaying of stocks and housekeeping
Analyze sales figures and forecast future sales
Manage all controllable costs to keep operations profitable
Maintain operations by initiating, coordinating anf enforcing program, operational and personnel policies and procedures
Secure merchandise by implementing security systems and measures
Manage stock levels and make decisions about stock control
Analyze and interpret trends to facilitate planning
Respond to customer complaints and comments
Candidate must possess at least Bachelor's/College Degree in any field
With at least 2-3years solid experience in supervisory or managerial position in a retail industry
Retail experience especially in fast-fashion industry is an advantage
Candidate must be flexible in terms of store location within NCR
With good communication skills and high level of customer service
