About the role Gusta Gelato is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Store Manager to oversee the day-to-day operations of our flagship store in Ugong, Pasig City.
As a Store Manager, you will play a pivotal role in driving sales, ensuring exceptional customer service, and leading a dynamic team of retail professionals.
This is a full-time position based in our vibrant Ugong location.
What you'll be doing Manage and oversee all store operations, including inventory management, staffing, and financial reporting Develop and implement strategic sales and marketing plans to drive revenue growth and build brand awareness Provide exceptional customer service, ensuring that all customers receive a positive and memorable shopping experience Lead, motivate, and develop a high-performing team of sales associates, providing coaching and training as needed Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and relevant industry regulations Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and implement process improvements Actively participate in regional and national initiatives, contributing to the overall success of the Xuegaodian brand What we're looking for Minimum 5 years of experience in a retail management role, preferably within the consumer products industry Strong leadership and people management skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate a team Excellent customer service orientation and a proven track record of delivering exceptional shopping experiences Proficient in inventory management, budgeting, and financial reporting Demonstrated problem-solving and decision-making abilities, with a focus on continuous improvement Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams Bachelor's degree in Business, Retail Management, or a related field What we offer At Gusta Gelato, we are committed to providing our employees with a rewarding and fulfilling work experience.
