Store It Specialist

Job Description:
1. Provide technical support to user according to the service level agreement and liaise effectively with vendor to solve the issue when required.

2. Work closely with business solution team, DF IKEA IT, vendor and IKEA IT of various professions for smooth implementation & maintenance.

3. Carries out the agreed maintenance tasks for the application and Infrastructure

4. Monitor the application performance based on the statistics or report to make the recommendations for improvement of application’s performance

5. Establish and maintain good working relationship with super user, vendor, Inter IKEA System IT and ROSS.
Minimum Qualifications:
1. Interests in life at home or home furnishing.

2. Capable of understanding and communicating technical issues with non-technical colleagues.

3. Capable of adaption to new, different or changing requirements.

4. Knowledge on NAV application is an advantage.

5. Willing to learn and apply new knowledge and skills

6. Have strong sense of problem solving and renewal.

7. Enjoy working collaboratively with others for results.

8. Be interested and eager to learn new IT Technology.

9. Good services mindset.

10. Demonstrate strong communication skill both in local language and English.

11. Willing to work in Sentul, Bogor.
