**YOUR ROLE**:
Primarily develops performance of the store in all key areas including commercial success, achievement of target sales, efficient store operations, staffing, promotional programs, customer service and inventory management.
**YOUR FUNCTIONS**:
- Achieve sales goals
- Ensures store is open during designated hours.
- Monitoring of LDU (Live Demo Units) inside the store.
- Maintain the store premise in a safe, secure manner
- Always Implements high standard cleanliness and tidiness of the premise.
- Handle all customer complaints and provide solution immediately.
- Schedule monitoring, reporting of damage fixtures, furniture, demo units to H.O for immediate action.
- Handling and update lease concerns.
- Supervision of sales personnel, including monitoring of offenses, timekeeping and preparation of evaluations.
- Maintain healthy inventory specially for the fast-moving items.
- Must always maintain happy environment and good relationship with all store personnel.
**YOUR QUALIFICATIONS**:
- At least two (2) years relevant work experiences from an E-commerce or Electronics industries.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent planning and resource allocation skills.
- Willing to be assigned in Quezon City and in San Juan
- Can start ASAP.

**Salary**: Php15,000.00 - Php17,000.00 per month
