Greets customers in friendly and courteous manner
Attends to customer complaints in the most courteous manner
Assists customers before vendors, phone calls and other duties like providing product knowledge, product location, and offering service baskets
Communicates effectively w/ customers and is able to answer general questions
Count items and forecasts and orders non-daily merchandise of assigned categories
Receives CDI and DTSD deliveries following the approved receiving procedure abd makes proper adjustments on then invoice including returnable and damaged products.
Front faced merchandise
Replenish stocks according to display guide
Records bad merchandise before disposal
Ensures that all items have correct retail prices
Maintains an awareness of cleanliness both inside and outside of the store. Floors and all areas of the store must be clean at all times.
Maintains orderliness in the store
Keeps all exterior glass windows and doors clean
Cleans and empties trash containers
Regularly maintains cleanliness of the restroom
Maintains the backroom clean and organized.
With at least 2nd year college level or earned 72 units in college
With background in retail operations is an advantage
Willing to work on shifting schedule
Ability to communicate clearly
