Staff Engineer

I. Primary Purpose of the PositionThe Staff Engineer is responsible for providing assistance in carrying out the department’s processes and procedures. S/he is also responsible for ensuring effective and efficient delivery of quality standards required by the function.II. Essential Duties and Responsibilities1. Evaluates and designs solar power systems based on the standards set by the company;2. Manages project progress and ensures carrying out of quality service to the clients;3. Coordinates and proposes necessary resources needed for the project;4. Documents project progress based on the specifications provided by the company;5. Performs problem-solving tools in resolving project issues and concerns;6. Manages project workers and ensures compliance with the HSE protocols;Evaluates and monitors the performance of the workers.a. Graduate of B.S. Mechanical / Electrical / Electronic and Communications / Civil Engineering courseb. With at least two (2) years relevant experiencec. Knowledgeable in project management, project coordination and project documentationd. With “Can-do-attitude” and possesses a strong work ethice. A good team player and ability to easily adapt with the required job standards
