Job Description:
Welcoming guests / visitors and provide an explanation of the product (office space, event space, and coworking area) both directly and telephone. Maintain cleanliness and tidiness also room readiness to be used by customers. Perform administrative tasks such as schedule input making invoices, and so on. Help meet customer needs such as sending faxes, print documents, refilling water, coffee and other office equipments. Check facilities regularly. Follow up on Inquiries. Minimum Qualifications:
Minimum Education Vocational School of Administration (D3) from all majors ( from tourism or administration graduate is preffered) Understand using Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, and Power Point). Understanding English. Having good communication skills and organizational skills.
