JOB DESCRIPTION
Responsible for full-cycle recruitment, from sourcing to onboarding.
Management of the recruitment operations, collaboration with internal stakeholders, senior management and clients to facilitate the seamless recruitment and onboarding of new team members.
Involved with projects in relation to recruitment such as process improvement and employer branding initiatives.
JOB REQUIREMENTS
5+ years of proven experience in local end to end recruitment
Must have experience in sourcing both passive and active candidates
Must have experience in an offshore staffing company and/or BPO industry
HR generalist experience is an advantage
Excellent written and verbal English communication skills
Familiarity with various applicant tracking systems including recruitment automation tools
Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
Strong negotiation skills and sound judgement
