Sr Cost Engineer For Real Estate And Constructions/35K/Pampanga

JOB QUALIFICATIONS:
? Graduate of Civil Engineering
? With at least 4 years of related work experience
? With exposure to cost estimates and scheduling
? Proficient in AutoCAD, Sketch Up and MS Office
? Willing to start immediately in Angeles City main office

RESPONSIBILITIES:
? Updating with the most recent estimating techniques and procedures
? Prepare work schedule /S-curve for a given project
? With experience in midrise or high rise building construction estimate

SALARY RANGE: 30K – 35K

WORK SCHEDULE: 8:00 AM - 6:00 PM (M-TH), 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM (F)
WORK LOCATION: Angeles City, Pampanga
