Roles and ResponsibilitiesFinancial analysis for all accounts/sites – review of financials, operations, trends, preparation of analytics/analytical reports, etc.Review compliance with external/statutory compliance requirementsProject management / facilitation of process improvements/audit findings/corrective actions/adherence requirements/special audits / special projects as assigned, etc.Process owner for Budget and projection -- facilitation, preparation, monitoring and analysisRequirements & QualificationsShould be CPAShould have experience of at least 2 years in an accounting / auditing firm with exposure in auditing and financial planning & analyticsAdvanced excel skillsWith good interpersonal skills / can deal with different people in different levels of the organization
