Description:
PRIMARY PURPOSE
Responsible for leading the interface between the business and technical personnel, project resources, and the business in the review, analysis, evaluation and implementation of infrastructure initiatives. The Infrastructure Analyst must be able to articulate the scope of network initiatives while also managing the coordination of efforts with the business. Monitors, evaluates and maintains risk related change processes and procedures and addresses non-conformance.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
· Responsible for coordinating, documenting and communicating the needed requirements of IT Infrastructure initiatives.
· Manage infrastructure initiatives from analysis phase to implementation phase with minimal support from immediate supervisors.
· Serve as escalation point for issues addressed during initiative lifecycle. Able to work independently to identify root cause of issue and enact appropriate solution accordingly.
· Develop and maintain relationship with PMO ensuring expectations are met for project implementation.
· Create and manage supporting implementation and process documentation.
· Assist in the development, coordination and scheduling of testing requirements and obtain necessary approval for all project related implementation efforts.
· Ensure key IT Objectives are met timely while maintaining compliance, budget requirements and resource allocations
· Participate in creating, administering, and continuously updating procedures for resolution of all related issues.
· Provides planning and coordination support for IT Infrastructure organization.
· Tracks infrastructure change activity and confirms conformance to change policies and procedures.
· Provides interface to business regarding the change and testing activities.
· Provides status’ and metrics for infrastructure changes.
· Reviews and resolves gaps in infrastructure change and test plans. Escalates issues as necessary for resolution.
· Responsible for understanding and complying with all policies, procedures, and regulations relating to job duties.
· Perform other duties as assigned by management.
Requirements:
QUALIFICATIONS
Bachelor’s Degree: Computer Science, Engineering or a related subject
3-5 years experience managing complex business initiatives and/or large-scale Information Technology projects. Experience with preparing, auditing, reviewing, and delivering data or reports needed.
Proficient personal computer skills including Microsoft Office. Also able to use ServiceNow as instructed.
Exhibits superior communication skills with internal and external customers.
Demonstrates ability to self-educate with respect to professional skills.
