We are looking for a Sr. Accountant!
What's on the menu for you to do:
Treasury:
Responsible for processing payments to Food Panda's partner restaurants and ensure that agreed time is being met
Responsible for maintaining correct/updated bank details for partner restaurants; ensure that we are remitting to correct bank accounts
Responsible for monitoring if payments to partner restaurants are successful/rejected and to inform the Account Managers
Point person for any payment related queries from Sales/Account Managers/Vendors
Responsible for management of cash in bank and ensure there is sufficient fund to pay out partner restaurants
Responsible for updating weekly cash balances in SAP
Support for any ad hoc requirement related to payments to restaurant partners
Forecasting/Budgeting:
Assists in the preparation of investment proposals/forecast especially those that are related to upcoming/new verticals
Assists in the preparation of annual budget focusing on specific accounts
Perform other related function as may arise from time to time
What do you bring to the table?
Graduate of BS Accountancy, and must be a Certified Public Accountant (CPA)
Minimum of three (3) years of experience in general accounting, treasury and financial reporting
Sound analytical and problem-solving skills
Excellent communication (both oral and written) and interpersonal skills
Flexible to assume wide variety of tasks
Able to work efficiently with minimum supervision
