Job Description:
Lead or assist in project initiation, planning, execution, monitoring, evaluation and closure
Come up with new initiatives and assemble working team
Communication and coordination with team members both internally and externally
Manage and/or assist projects in terms of scope, budget, human resources and time Goal setting and performance tracking
Scale up and drive expansion of Shopee Express logistics system
Envision strategy for Shopee Express operations team

Qualifications:
Bachelor/Master Degree in any field (Business or Engineering would be advantage)
0-2 years of experience for Associate, 2 years+ for Senior
Strong sense of business and able to improve team through clear business view Strong analytical skills and able to make judgement based on logical reasons
Well-developed interpersonal and communication skills Quick learning, adaptive and flexible Street smart and down to earth
Committed, result oriented, willing to go extra miles for goal achievement
