[Spx-Parcel] Shop Operations Associate

Job responsibility
Manage P&L, budget planning and ensure that budgets are under control
Forecasting, analyzing and providing consultation and solution to team.
Working closely with the HR and management team to recruit staff following strategy (Existing and Expanding shop)
Communicate internal to align goal and objective.
Evaluate key performance and report with analyst data regarding to retails shop management.
Optimize and oversee overall operations to ensure all shop are meet objective.

Qualifications:
At least bachelor's degree in any field.
Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
Able to travelling within assigned area.
Good communication and negotiation skills.
Experience managing a business and a P&L is preferred.
Good team player, positive attitude and eager to learn
