[Spx-Parcel] Associate, Civil Engineer (Inspection)

Job responsibility
Perform feasibility assessments of shop inspections.
Inspect in-process of shop by confirming specifications, conducting visual and measurement tests.
Inspect site works as per the drawings.
Documents inspection results by summarizing the list of repair and renovation.
Track project progress and reporting on results.
Design and create structural models by using computer-aided design software.
Perform engineering calculations on structural analysis.
Assess potential risk
Create presentation
Work cross function with the Expansion team to deliver the best quality of property and advise if any issues.

Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering.
Strong computer skills, including proficiency with Microsoft Office and AutoCAD programs.
Conversant with architectural and structural drawings.
Proficient in design and calculation software.
Travel to job sites is required.
Valid driver's license with clean driving record required.
