Sports And Development Supervisor

Event Handling
*Creates good variety of tournaments and Sports related activities for the Club;
*Ensures that all areas and their facilities are well maintained and functional;
*Provides memos and disseminates important information from Management to all Sports and Recreation staff;
*Oversees and organizes in club events;
*Works hand in hand with the GM in creating programs and member events within Sports and Recreation area;
* Works hand in hand with the Marketing Officer on promoting club events and club classes;
* Ensure all coaches are in line and are following the club's rules and regulation;
* Coordinate with all programs heads (Judo, Symmetry, etc.)
Administrative
*Investigates and recommends merits or demerits for the Sports and Recreation staff;
*Conducts appraisal and/or coaching for staff;
*Coordinates event requirements with all departments concerned;
*Ensures that policies and procedures are implemented and disseminated;
*Updates information and trainings for staff as deemed necessary;
* Conducts evaluations for Sports and Recreation staff;
* Ensure that pool lane allocation is evenly spread and Members always has lane to use;
* Evaluate class/program performance to increase revenue of the club
* Create contracts with partners of VSC
* Maintains good variety of classes or programs at the gym.
Other Task
*Assists in Member- Related concerns especially in the Sports and Recreation Department;
* Maintain good selection of all year round and summer classes;
*Performs other tasks and assignments as delegated from time to time.
