Quezon CityAs the Specialist, Customer Care, you will handle requests that facilitate the money transfer processes. These requests come from our customers across Asia Pacific, and you are required to meet a high level of service excellence in responding to the customers' requests. These requests are primarily received into the center via phone calls and / or emails.
You will resolve additional requests from internal departments on needs basis once approved by their managing team leader, or the Operations Manager.
In addition, you will aid the Team Leader with call center projects from time to time. And, you are expected to contribute to the team environment, and base every relationship on Western Union’s Code of Conduct and Core Values.

Resolve customer enquiries, and promote Western Union services
Provide first-level support for customer complaints
Document and escalate issues to the relevant department
Perform special projects, and other duties as directed by the team leader or Operations Manager.
What you will need to succeed:
You have a Bachelors’ or University degree
Fluent in speaking and writing in English
Proficient in working with MS Office applications like Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
Familiarity on working with technologies including audio and video conferencing
Ability to multitask, and provide quality work in a fast-paced environment
Ability to work effectively within a team environment
Willingness to work on shift in relation to business needs
