Position: Spanish Service Recovery Support

Location: Davao City
Salary: P50,000 - P70,000

Requirements:
• Preferably Non- Native or Native with Permanent VISA
• Proficient in speaking, reading or writing Spanish
• Good English communication skills both verbal and written
• At least Sr. High School graduate
• Experience in Customer Service is a big plus
• Willing to relocate and work in Davao City

Responsibilities:
• Responsible in verifying the account information of the client
• Handle order taking
• Prepare quality reports of transaction
• Responsible in sustaining quality feedback and coaching sessions with CSR
• Responsible in encoding customer data’s
• Handle quality check and file report to the management
