Requirements:
- Preferably Filipino that is fluent in Spanish
- Foreign National who has a permanent visa in the Philippines
- Preferably Bachelors degree holder of any course
- With at least 2 years experience in BPO industry
- Fluent in both Spanish and English
- With experience in e-commerce or logistics is an advantage
- Can work onsite during trainings
- Amenable to work on shifting schedule
**Responsibilities**:
- Provides feedback on testing-related tasks, delegates and assigns testing responsibilities
- Works with clients in evaluating and implementing new technologies and offer strategies for new opportunities
- Assists in formulating QA standards and best practices, organizational policies and processes and strategic plans
- Assists management in setting the
direction for quality assurance
- Provides suitable solutions for issues/errors based on the understanding of the system
