Client Info: This is a jewelry and watch manufacturing company. They are well known in producing and distributing quality timepieces and jewelry worldwide.

Requirements:
? Non-Native Spanish Speaker
? Can speak, read and write Spanish
? Proficient in English
? Bachelor's Degree Holder
? Preferably with more than 2 years of work experience in Customer Service field
? Willing to work in Lapu-lapu City, Cebu, Philippines
? Willing to work on a shifting schedule

Responsibilities:
? Manage phone calls demonstrate good customer service to Spanish speaking client
? Assist in Tracking and distribution information of orders
? Answer and resolve consumer complaints
? Guides the consumer in Repair and Services inquiries
? Resolves payment complaints
